“Do One Thing” (DOT) is an initiative that encourages each employee to have a direct impact on People or Planet. Every year, participating staff around the world choose a cause that resonates with them. And they act, in some way (big or small) with the only limit being their imagination! We have done a wide range of things. Sometimes in groups , sometimes as individuals. We have walked 50 miles in 24 hours. Worked in Community Gardens. Donated platelets and plasma. Collected litter. Fund raised for wildlife. Jumped out of planes, and more. DOT is a fantastic way for individual staff members to echo Haygrove’s ethos of making a difference, but in their own way. And to inspire more people to do more good stuff.
